No one makes bathing suits for short women with D cup

"It’s a lovely suit but I just can’t get a suit that really fits. I’m 5 feet tall and the suit is quite too long in the torso. The shirring helps disguise this a little. I’ll wear it to swim exercise class as no-one cares what your suit looks like there. The last good fitting suit I got was from Lands End several years ago but they no longer make petite D cup."
